Description:
Essential Functions
- Engaging Customers, participants, employers, and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) regarding administration of 401(k) plans.
- Educate callers regarding 401(k) regulations, compliance questions, and administration of plans. 401K Specialist is a matter expert with regulations and compliance plans.
- Embrace a culture of teamwork, problem solving, and customer centricity to provide exceptional customer experiences that emphasize first call resolution.
- Provide accurate, timely, and customer focused service while ensuring department performance metrics such as quality, handle time, VOC, and adherence are met.
- Assist callers with navigating the Slavic401(k) websites, registering online, and password resets. Must have Troubleshooting Knowledge, navigating customers through technical issues that may arise.
- Successfully apply knowledge obtained during classroom and on the job training to independently solve customer requests.
- Utilize multiple CRM applications such as Salesforce, Relius, and other Company systems to assist with addressing customer questions and resolving requests.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
All calls are Inbound from 401K participants who are seeking options with their 401k; Hardship Loan, Purchasing a Home Loan, and other hardship loan options
Candidate must be bilingual: Fluent in Creole
2 years of Banking, Mortgage, or Basic Payroll Experience
Retirement plan experience a plus.

Best: Takes ownership, Advocate for the client, look for resolutions, flexible, think out of the box. Ok with change (There are NOT allot of process in place so things can appear unorganized)
Average: No accountability, Rude on the Phone, Lack of Professionalism, Not connecting the DOTS.
Providing that "White Glove Service" is the goal of this role. The 401K Specialist is the front line to the company.
