The Recruiting Coordinator will support the HR Director at NuCO2’s Stuart, FL location and serve as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition process. This fully onsite role is responsible for driving day-to-day recruiting workflow, ensuring high-quality candidate experience, and supporting hiring managers with consistent communication and scheduling. This individual will manage bi‑weekly sponsor reviews, bi‑weekly repost reviews, Smart Source tasks, interview confirmations, and hiring manager updates. They will also ensure new hires are fully prepared for Day 1, including confirmation of address, schedule, attire, week 1 expectations, and uniform guidance. Additionally, this role plays a key part in improving recruiting operations by auditing requisitions (spelling, questions, supervisor details, shared access, req history, aging), supporting the development of interview guides, and assisting with employer branding initiatives.
