Description

We are seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join a dynamic recruiting team. You will support technical hiring initiatives and drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with key stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Communicate sourcing strategies clearly, using data and timelines.
• Manage candidates through the interview process quickly and efficiently to ensure a great experience.
• Improve processes for efficiency while maintaining a strong client and candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting experience (phone/email/text outreach).
• Experience with ATS/CTS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 years of high-volume recruiting experience supporting technical roles (Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, HVAC, Electricians, Engineering Techs).
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
  
  

Experience Level: Intermediate

Work Environment: Fully on-site, Monday–Friday

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, VA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00/hr.
