Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Property Analyst to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various departments such as Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance, and Accounting. The Property Analyst will play a crucial role in managing real estate operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and fostering effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams.
- Review and approve CAM reconciliations and budgets.
- Set up vendors for payment and modify contact/banking information for existing vendors, including landlords, contractors, and professional services.
- Review and draft estoppel certificates.
- Reconcile and work on collections of bad debt.
- Draft and create lease abstracts for new agreements.
- Communicate effectively with landlords, franchisees, and external vendors on various real estate matters that arise in day-to-day operations.
- 1-3 years of experience in Lease Administration or Property Management.
- Strong financial acumen for CAM reconciliations and budgeting.
- Ability to manage vendor setup and payment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP or lease management software such as Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, or Costar.
- Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
- Familiarity with estoppel certificates and lease abstracts.
