Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong printing experience to join our team. This role focuses on managing print operations and ensuring accurate document handling through scanning and indexing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain print production equipment to deliver high-quality output.
• Serve as the Print Key Operator, overseeing daily print workflows and troubleshooting issues.
• Scan and index documents accurately into the designated systems for easy retrieval.
• Monitor print jobs for quality control and timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet production deadlines and maintain service standards.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in printing operations and print production environments.
• Familiarity with scanning and indexing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in filing, sorting, data entry, printing, and document control.
  
  

Work Environment

This position is located at SW Leveton Dr, Tualatin, OR. The dress code requires a minimum of professional-looking jeans and a collared shirt.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
