- Manage day-to-day collection process for assigned portfolios.
- Oversee collections for 700 accounts, totaling around $9 million.
- Assist in customer support by monitoring credit call lines and email inboxes.
- Support external customer setup and access to digital solutions.
- Drive resolution of customer issues to facilitate payment of undisputed balances.
- Collaborate closely with credit management to assist in reconciliation and collections.
- 2 years of experience in commercial credit and collections.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable management and reconciliation.
- Experience with customer service and credit analysis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP, JDE, and GetPAID is a plus.
