As the HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution operation. You'll spend time on the production floor building relationships, coaching leaders, resolving employee issues, and driving HR initiatives that directly impact business performance.
✅ Lead employee relations investigations and conflict resolution efforts
✅ Coach managers on performance management, discipline, engagement, and career development
✅Support leave administration, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and HR best practices
✅ Partner with frontline leaders across production, maintenance, quality, inventory control, and sanitation teams
📊 What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Bilingual Spanish
4 years of progressive HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager experience
Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, food production, or plant operations environments
Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters
Experience with Kronos or similar workforce management systems is a plus

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
