Responsibilities
This role operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring presence in the King of Prussia, PA office three days a week, with Wednesday being mandatory. The schedule is 8 am to 5 pm, and the position may extend beyond the initial maternity leave coverage. Job Description

Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders from entry through invoicing.
- Communicate with customers via phone and high-volume email queues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance) to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Handle shipping logistics, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Identify and proactively resolve customer service issues, escalating as needed.
- Manage exception handling such as credit holds and order discrepancies.
- Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proficiency in customer service and order entry.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for tracking orders, managing datasets, and supporting reporting.
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound communications and issue resolution in a corporate customer service environment.
- Attention to detail for order accuracy, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple orders and priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for regular interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 2 years of robust customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
- Exerience in chemistry, engineering, or a scientific field is advantageous.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination is a plus.
