Responsibilities
- Process and manage order entries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain frequent communication with customers via e-mail and phone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer support in a B2B environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems for order management.
- Work collaboratively within a high-volume, fast-paced setting to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 1 year of customer service experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in order processing, customer support, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.
