This position offers hands-on training during the initial days, including chairing up and shadowing. The work hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The role is based in an office environment where collaboration and effective communication are encouraged.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry Representative to join our dynamic team in Nashville, TN. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional service for existing clients while supporting new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Process client change orders and update account information as requested.
- Generate and verify work orders for upcoming and previous days.
- Provide sales quotes and assist with new client setup for phone and web sales.
- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests or confirm details.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to manage 20–50 calls daily.
- Perform accurate order entry and maintain sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills (phone and email) with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with order processing and account management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- 3 years of customer service or order entry experience in call center or office-related environments.
- Experience in customer service or inside sales preferred.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with database or CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience working in an office environment.
