Responsibilities
- Perform a high volume of data entry and clerical support related to insurance policies and accounts.
- Work within comparative rating systems to gather and enter insurance data into an integrated agency management system.
- Maintain and manage logins and workflows across 30 insurance carriers.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims filings.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, prioritizing precision over speed.
- Collect and document client investment-related details.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for basic documentation and communication.
- Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate a willingness to help and go the extra mile when priorities demand.
- Administrative and technical skills.
- Data entry experience.
- Basic MS Office Skills.
- Insurance Industry knowledge.
- Operational Experience.
