***SEEKING AN ONSITE CUSTOMTER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE***
We are seeking someone who communicates professionally, is tech savvy, and has a solid experience in customer service. This position is for a customer service call center position with a Pharmacy Benefits Management company. You will be working and communicating with patients, Medicare, physicians and physician offices, and Pharmacies. Typically, the calls are made up of 90% inbound calls and 10% outbound (to follow up) calls. For this role, we are looking for those seeking an opportunity to work in an energetic, fast paced environment, with a drive to grow and progress within a company.

Pay Rate: $21/hr
Duration: 4 month Contract to Hire (we are looking and open to permanents!)
Start Date: January 30th
***No time off will be approved the first 90 days
Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA (i-15 & Scripps Poway)
Hours: Office hours You Must be open to working ANY shift between 5a-9p, M-Sat (OT is required during open enrollment). There are “Shift bids” based on your performance in training!!!
MUST Have Experience Required:
· Minimum of 1 year high volume call center experience, Health care, or Pharmacy (strong tenure in a retail/restaurant setting okay)
· Ability to type at least 30wpm
· Microsoft Office Knowledge
MUST Have Education Required:
· High School Diploma
***Compliance: 5 panel drug | 7 year back
