What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and record management.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and operational records within the ERP system.
- Assist with inventory tracking and data entry.
- Support shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and coordination.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents using Microsoft Office.
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Help ensure office operations run efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or coordinator role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working within an ERP system.
- Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, or supply chain organization.
- Experience with invoicing, AP/AR support, or finance-related administrative tasks.
- Experience supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, or operations teams.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
