What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Recruiter position at Aston Carter?
Description:
The recruiter will be doing full cycle recruiting for crane manufacturing roles. This person will be responsible for speaking with the GM regarding open roles, posting the positions in Paycor and filtering through candidates to set up initial phone screens. Once candidates have passed the phone screen, the recruiter will bring them onsite for skills testing and in person interviews with the Supervisors. Eventually, this recruiter will also be in charge of the onboarding process for candidates after hire.

- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- Paycor ATS experience, is a plus.
- Previous experience with heavy industrial equipment manufacturing preferred.
