Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage the full order cycle, including associated systems and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Enforce and maintain health and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.
- Plan and manage workforce requirements, including scheduling, shift assignments, and staffing levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance while adhering to regulatory requirements and cost constraints.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve high performance and engagement.
- Forecast shipping and receiving needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet business demands.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
