Responsibilities
- Uphold and promote core beliefs, values, and customer service standards.
- Train and assist new hires in performing routine duties such as Loan Maintenance, Payoffs, and Collateral release.
- Generate necessary documentation.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to branches and customers via telephone or email.
- Participate in community service activities.
- Act as a backup for SBA/Commercial and Consumer services as needed.
- Provide coverage for various department positions such as accounting, consumer, reconveyance, and office clerk.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

- 5 years of experience in a banking setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of experience in banking
- Three or more years of accounting and financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of banking policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within strict timeframes and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of basic office equipment
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
