Description:
A typical day:
• Reviews executed loan closing documents.
• Verifies accuracy and consistency of specifications on documents.
• Ensures mortgage loans close in accordance with company and investor policies and requirements.
• Clears any Prior to Funding mortgage loan approval conditions.
• Orders the wire
• Authorizes the disbursement of funds
• Partners with the Closer – Doc Drawer to resolve outstanding account payables
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
