About the Job:
As part of the Learning Consulting Team, you will be involved in supporting our learning strategy initiatives including but not limited designing engaging learning curriculums for our field teams, collaborating on badging and credentialing, and supporting our learning experience platform, Degreed.
What You’ll Do:
• Partner with the Program Manager to ensure training programs support business drivers, objectives, and motivators that are aligned to the mission, values, and goals of our organization.
• Ability to work cross-collaboratively with teams, SMEs, and business partners to build relationships and solutions.
• Serve as a credible and trusted advisor to leadership and peers on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals.
• Organize, prioritize, coordinate, and implement multiple projects within established timelines.
• Accountable for managing all aspects of assigned projects. Regularly communicate with the Program Manager and stakeholders to: define and review deliverables, provide updates on project status, manage changes in scope, and escalate challenges.
• Produce high-quality deliverables in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Solicit, accept, and provide constructive feedback.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 to 4 years in Learning Experience Design, Training and Development, Organizational Development, or related field working with team and leadership dynamics.
• BA Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Preferred experience with working on behavioral rubrics, not required.

Travel
Limited travel may be necessary. Must be able to travel to Corporate office for in person meetings/team activities, when necessary.
