Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain inventory and order information in company systems.
- Process shipments, receipts, and sales orders.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Review shipping and receiving records for accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding order status.
- Support EDI transactions and verify documentation.
- Provide customer service and resolve order-related issues.
- Experience in inventory control and management.
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
- Strong computer skills, including ERP systems.
- Competence in data entry and supply chain management.
- Proven skills in warehouse inventory and production support.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience in administrative, inventory, logistics, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
