What You’ll Be Working On
This project is focused on revamping and modernizing training content—not delivering training sessions. You’ll play a key role in:
- Auditing and consolidating existing training materials into a clean, organized structure
- Redesigning eLearning content and creating scalable templates (Storyline & Rise)
- Partnering with stakeholders and SMEs to refine learning objectives
- Supporting the transition of training content and resources into updated systems
- Creating polished, reusable assets like playbooks, job aids, coaching guides, and reference materials
- Helping shape a more impactful and streamlined new hire sales learning experience
- 5 years of Instructional Design experience (strong preference for mid-to-senior level)
- Hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
- Strong background in needs analysis, content audits, and curriculum design
- Experience working with ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design frameworks
- Ability to take ambiguous or complex content and turn it into structured, engaging learning experiences
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Exposure to sales training content or business-focused learning programs is a plus
