- Navigate a matrixed organization to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver value and meet procurement goals.
- 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven success in a matrixed organization balancing site and corporate priorities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or relevant certification preferred.
