Job Description
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in converting leads and onboarding partners. You will engage in consultative sales calls to understand partner needs, present the program's value, and ensure a seamless transition into the system.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of the program.
- Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
- Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
- 2 years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- This is a hybrid role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, requiring two days a week in the office. The position offers a long-term contract with eligibility for two weeks of paid time off after a successful six-month performance review
