What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid (Lake Mary, FL) Client Services Specialist position at Aston Carter?
- Start date May 15th/22nd
- 12 month contract to hire
- 3 years call center experience required
- $25 per hour
- Training: 100% remote, training shift will depend on trainer schedule, anytime between 8a-6p
- Normal Shift: will be assigned an 8 hour shift between 8a-8p, likely 1130a-8p
- Can move onto earlier shift once cross trained
- Will go Hybrid in 3-4 months - 3 days in office, 2 home
- Will communicate with Brokers, Shareholders, Stockholders regarding fund accounts
- Will be responsible for fielding inbound calls regarding these accounts
- Update account data in multiple systems and software's with multiple screens
- Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner
- Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions
- Responds to customer inquiries
- Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution
- Familiarity with MS Office required
