Pay And Benefits

- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Administer benefits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Provide administrative support across HR functions.
- 1 year of HR experience.
- 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ADP software.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
