Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
- Support HR leadership with daily HR operations and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and personnel files
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Prepare and distribute HR reports and documentation
- Assist with recruiting activities including candidate prescreening, interview coordination, and pre‑employment checks
- Coordinate onboarding and new‑hire orientation
- Create and maintain new employee files and documentation
- Support employee separation and termination procedures as needed
- Educate employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support performance management processes
- Partner with payroll, benefits, and other departments
- Coordinate HR meetings, trainings, and company events
- Assist with special HR projects and initiatives
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field (HR focus preferred)
- 2 years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or administrative role
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (Paycom preferred)
- HR certifications (SHRM‑CP, PHR) are a plus
