The role is based in a logistics warehouse with working hours from Monday through Friday, noon to 8 PM. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to assigned business units, ensuring timely resolution of employee and management requests.
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact, partnering with leadership and associates to identify and resolve workplace challenges.
- Support employee relations activities, including gathering information during fact-finding and assisting with recommendations for coaching and corrective actions.
- Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws to managers and associates.
- Analyze data and trends to support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and process improvements.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant HR data.
- Anticipate and plan for short-term HR needs in partnership with leadership, while maintaining awareness of broader HR initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to support cross-functional initiatives and provide insights relevant to the location or business unit.
- Represent both employee and management perspectives when recommending process or policy improvements.
- Support company culture initiatives through coordination of engagement activities, programs, and events.
- Contribute to group projects and may lead portions of HR-related initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance HR processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (Associate degree considered with relevant experience).
- 1–3 years of dedicated HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or single-site environment.
- Experience supporting employee relations in moderate to high-risk situations preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- Experience in logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Previous HR system experience.
- Strong MS Office experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
