Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience within the construction industry
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Experience supporting employee relations, HR compliance, and personnel records management
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Plantsville, CT
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Knowledge of Connecticut employment laws
- Experience with prevailing wage requirements
- Benefits administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- PHR or SHRM certification
