HR Coordinator (Onboarding Focus)

Contract Duration - 2-3 months

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all pre-onboarding activities, including new hire communications, onboarding logistics, and Workday data verification.
• Facilitate new hire orientation programs and provide HR systems training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage I-9 completion and E-Verify processing while maintaining compliance with federal employment regulations.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding documents, training materials, and presentations are current and accurate.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
• Support employee offboarding activities, including exit documentation, benefits separation communications, and final timecard verification in Workday.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within Workday.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Coordination, or Employee Onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, new hire orientation, I-9 verification, and E-Verify processing.
• Proficiency with Workday required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
