Job Title: Temporary Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support a heavy workload. This is a high-impact role with the potential to convert to full-time based on performance and business need. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and laboratory roles across California, partnering closely with hiring managers to drive requisitions forward independently while contributing ideas and best practices to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job postings, applicant review, interviews, and offer stage.
• Support recruiting for clinical and laboratory roles, including nurses and lab professionals.
• Handle a high-volume workload of approximately 15 active requisitions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify challenges, share ideas, and drive solutions.
• Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support compliance and hiring requirements specific to California healthcare roles.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 3 years of recruitment-specific experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Prior experience recruiting in healthcare, ideally in clinical and lab roles.
• Ability to manage volume and fast-moving requisitions.
• Strong initiative and collaborative spirit.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience in California or ability to support PST and Mountain Time schedules.
  
  

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, requiring support during PST and Mountain Time hours. The role offers a contract of 3 months with the opportunity for extension and/or conversion based on performance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.26/hr.
