Description:
The International Freight Analyst is generally responsible for the international logistics coordination. This position needs coordinate shipments specializing in processing Import and ensuring that all shipping documentation are correct and accurate. International freight analyst coordinates international shipments, prepare shipping documentation, get freight cost and approval, coordinate with customer, requestors, custom brokers and to other pertinent departments. • Create and ensure that shipping documentation, customs declaration, and freight cost are complete, approved, and accurate prior to shipping. • Provide assistance to requestors, customers, brokers, and other pertinent departments. • Facilitate and coordinate international shipment. • Update Rush sheet and any other report assigned by management. • Ensure that department’s protocol is being followed. • Assist the supervisor and leads in day-to-day operation. • Any other assignments or responsibilities delegated by supervisor and management.
