What Youll Do
- Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
- Develop clear, insight-driven reports and presentations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Support financial forecasting and planning, including data consolidation, validation, analysis, and executive-ready summaries.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including template management, data consolidation, and variance analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve visibility and decision-making.
- Calculate and support sales incentive compensation for regional teams, as needed.
- Partner with cost center owners to monitor operating expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Support monthly close and recurring reporting activities while ensuring financial information is accurate and timely.
- Assist with pricing analysis and business case development, translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Analytics teams on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and/or financial reporting.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and supporting team-based initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and foundational financial modeling.
- Experience with financial systems or ERP platforms such as SAP.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience creating dashboards or visualizations using Power BI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting financial findings to business partners.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively.
