What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Coordinator position at Aston Carter?
Description:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-orientated individual that can service, coordinate, and dispatch multiple field servicing teams within the Seattle Area. As the Field Service Coordinator, you would work within the service department as an administrative. This position is a contract to hire - meaning full time conversion based on your job performance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating service teams with internal tools.
- Track parts from missing work orders.
- Approve Tech Receipts for purchases.
- Review, update and close open POs in system.
- Problem solving/troubleshooting Invoices.
- Provide additional Administrative Support for department.
- Provide communication to internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2 years as a prior service coordinator/administrator or equivalent experience servicing field teams
- Example: Pest Control Coordinator, IT Service Coordinator, Logistics Dispatcher, Transportation Dispatcher, Cross-functional Administrative Assistant, etc
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables
- Highschool Diploma
Nice-to-haves:
- 3 years as a prior service coordinator/administrator or equivalent experience servicing field teams
- Example: Pest Control Coordinator, IT Service Coordinator, Logistics Dispatcher, Transportation Dispatcher, Cross-functional Administrative Assistant, etc
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS
- Bachelor's Degree in equivalent field.
- Any experience with HVAC as an experience/industry
- Familiarity with Sampro
