Job Title: Order Management Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between Customer Support, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and timely delivery of customer orders by monitoring the entire process from order entry to shipment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between Customer Support, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production.
• Monitor customer orders from entry through shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track production schedules, material availability, and capacity constraints.
• Proactively identify delays or risks to delivery timelines and drive resolution.
• Communicate order status updates, constraints, and recovery plans to Customer Support.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics to expedite critical orders.
• Escalate issues appropriately when timelines, materials, or capacity are at risk.
• Ensure customer priority orders and exceptions are clearly communicated and executed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of order status, issues, and resolutions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to order fulfillment and communication flow.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proficient in SAP.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• 2 years of experience in an Expeditor, Production Coordinator, Order Management, or Operations Support role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of order-to-ship processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required).

• Experience in Inventory management and Expediting materials.
• Administrative support skills.
  
  

Work Environment

This position is onsite. The project duration is roughly 9 months, with the potential to become permanent based on the candidate's experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Delavan, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
