This is a field‑based role that rewards ownership, accountability, and a true hunter mindset. Base Uncapped commission warm inbound leads (no cold calling).Qualifications:6 month of experience in customer-facing salesClean driving recordExperience with KPI's and metricsExperience in service sales, such as pest control, solar, mobile selling, cable, or home improvement sales nice to have!Job Description:As a Sales Representative, you will maintain ongoing communication with current clients, proactively reaching out to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. You will utilize company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best options and securing sales. Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact, you will offer clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions.
