Entry Level Role - Customer Service Experience is Required - $16/hr Job Title: Title Processing ClerkJob DescriptionJoin a growing team that processes title work for the state of Indiana and BMV. We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our expanding operations and provide excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesPerform clerical tasks including filing and sorting title documents and putting them in correct order.Conduct administrative tasks such as scanning and printing documents.Verify information such as VIN numbers, make and model of vehicles.Follow up via email with dealerships and auction yards.Sort paperwork to ensure all information is complete.Follow up to obtain any missing documents or information needed to process titles.Provide administrative support and customer service to walk-in customers.Essential SkillsStrong customer service skills.Experience in data entry.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood customer service skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Reliability with no more than three jobs in five years.Work EnvironmentThis position is in-office, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break and 10-minute breaks. The team has been growing rapidly since merging with a larger company and has minimal turnover, demonstrating a stable and supportive work environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
