What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Customer Service Representative position at Aston Carter?
Description:
-Candidate will contact businesses by telephone to introduce our products to prospective customers (minimum 200 per day)
-Candidate will determine legitimate interest in products and services and document these interests accurately to our sales staff for follow-up.
-Candidate will be using telephone skills to maintain contact with prospective clients and facilitate quality leads.
-Candidate will determine customers interest in our products and services and document these interests accurately within SAP
-Candidate will generate 12-15 leads per day
-Candidate will generate leads, takes detail notes and send over to the Prospecting team
-Candidate will spend most of their time calling on the East Coast

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
-1 years of call center experience
-1 years of experience in Microsoft Suite
-Go Getter, Energetic, and a Self Starter
-Great Work Ethic
-Professional Written and Communication Skills
-Someone who is able to commute into the office for work each day
Nice to Haves:
-Lead Generation experience is a plus
-Experience working off a call script
-SAP experience
