Training is fully in-office for 2-6 weeks (8 AM-5 PM or 7 AM-4 PM), and once ramped up, your start time may vary between 6 AM and 8 AM to support both East and West Coast customers.
This position begins as a contract role with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance and business needs-making it a great launchpad for career progression.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main connection between customers and service teams, coordinating field service requests with care and accuracy.
- Log and manage customer inquiries, ensuring all details are clear and up to date.
- Provide timely service estimates and job quotations to help customers make confident decisions.
- Track ongoing work orders and communicate updates through the customer portal or direct outreach.
- Use Microsoft CRM and ERP tools to manage customer information and service workflows.
- Generate reports, support daily tasks, and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Essential Skills
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems-experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Navision is a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience with order processing, scheduling, or project coordination (1 year preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Skills
- Understanding of purchase orders, RMAs, and invoicing processes.
- Ability to adapt in a growing, evolving company.
