- Review incoming work orders through Salesforce
- Assign service calls to the appropriate field technicians
- Manage technician schedules, routes, and service appointments
- Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories
- Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change
- Communicate delays, schedule changes, and appointment updates to customers
- Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns
- Communicate regularly with technicians, account managers, sales, and customer service teams
- Manage frequent phone and email communication throughout the day
What We're Looking For
Is Strongly Preferred.
Ideal candidates will
Have
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience managing schedules and high-volume workloads
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle changing priorities and difficult customer situations
- Basic Excel skills, including sorting and filtering
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Stable work history with demonstrated tenure
- Ability to stay productive and accountable in a fully remote environment
