Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Actively promote and sell products on-site, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the presentation of merchandise, ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance as required.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales strategies.
