- Receive and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Log into and actively manage email, phone, and chat support systems daily.
- Maintain and improve response times, particularly at the opening and closing of the business day.
- Accurately document customer issues and resolutions.
- Develop and implement effective customer service solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Identify and escalate potential website or system errors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up when necessary.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and effective time management.
- Proficiency in customer support and data entry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage processes and follow established procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior call-center experience preferred.
