Aston Carter is Hiring for a Customer Service Representative II (REMOTE)
Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM
Description:
Responsible for monitoring and tracking all processes. Run quires and maintain reports. Train new employees and keep up with the closing training material. Assist the supervisor with additional projects/task.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Run queries to collate data
• Monitor and track completion of files
• Monitor and track completion of special tasks
• Maintain reports and Excel spreadsheets as needed
• Responsible for training all new analyst
• Responsible for keeping training material up to date
• Assist analyst with questions
• Required to close files when needed
• Serve as a final QC step for analysts files as needed
• Track analyst errors and create corrective measures
• Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned
• Comply with all safety rules/regulations, in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (“IIPP”), as well as, maintain HIPAA compliance
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 1 year experience as Closing Analyst I or II
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Extreme Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to think and work independently, while working in an overall team environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced/production environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Excel
