This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities : Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Data Entry : Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and other relevant data into our systems. Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and maintaining records. Reception Duties : Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Order Processing : Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges. Communication : Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Documentation : Maintain and organize customer records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or administration is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
