Customer Care Representative
Must be commutable to Rochester, NY in order to pick up equipment
***REMOTE AFTER ON-SITE TRAINING PERIOD- TRAINING PERIOD IS 5 DAYS WHICH TAKES PLACE ON SITE***

A Day in the Role:
· Accept basic inbound calls and e-mails from employees and their dependents
· Assist with collecting basic demographic information and inputting data into a healthcare database
Necessary Experience/Skills:
-1-3 years of RECENT customer service experience (front desk, restaurant, retail, direct care type of customer service experience is encouraged to apply!)
-Communication skills
-Eagerness to learn something new!
-Reliability
Additional Details:
· Shift: The call center is open from 8:00AM-8:00PM(EST) - must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift
Example Shifts:
M-F 8am-4:30pm
M-Th 8:30-6pm, Sat 9-1
M-W, F 9-6:30pm, Sat 9-1
M-F 10:30-7
M-F 11:30-8pm
M-W, F 8-5:30, Sat 9-1
M-Th 9-6:30pm, Sat 9-1pm
