Job Description :
The Credit Specialist will be responsible for managing the credit and collections process, ensuring timely payments from customers, and minimizing credit risk. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate creditworthiness of potential and existing customers using financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
- Establish and maintain credit limits for customers based on credit analysis and company policies.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Resolve customer billing issues and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit and collections activities to management.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address credit-related issues and support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit and collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00
