Responsibilities
- Reconcile over 20 corporate credit card accounts monthly.
- Send weekly transaction activity reports to cardholders and controllers.
- Collect, organize, and review all returned receipts and supporting documentation.
- Ensure transactions are properly coded and supported as per company policy.
- Consistently follow up on missing receipts and documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files for audit readiness.
- Assist with month-end close activities under tight deadlines.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable, treasury, or accounting.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, including experience with Excel 2003 and MS Excel.
- Experience working in a larger company to develop organizational skills necessary for meeting deadlines and adapting to organizational changes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in using Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
