This will be for B2B
Not a call center collector—will have a portfolio to manager
Credit- reading a credit report, doesn’t need to read financial statements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience (credit/ collections/ AR/ accounting/ tax)
- Experience in word and excel (pivot tables and v lookups) understands how to create a report
- general accounting knowledge, understands debit vs credit
- education: diploma needed
- Ability to problem solve
-Understands business knowledge (interest rates, etc.)
-Customer service skills (will speak to customers in their portfolio via email and phone)
