We are seeking an experienced Controller who will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, timeliness, and compliance of all accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for the legal entity. This pivotal finance leader will manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, lead audits, and strengthen internal controls. The Controller will collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to provide clear, decision-ready financial insights under U.S. GAAP/IFRS standards while aligning with reporting requirements and close cadence.
Responsibilities
This position is onsite with a work schedule of either 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will enjoy a professional environment with opportunities to collaborate with various teams and earn a 15% yearly bonus.

Job Description

The Controller will collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to provide clear, decision-ready financial insights under U.S. GAAP/IFRS standards while aligning with reporting requirements and close cadence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the month-end close process, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Manage financial reporting processes.
- Strengthen and implement internal controls.
- Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams for financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Lead and facilitate the audit process.
- Proficiency in creating pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, or Infor.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5 years of experience in month-end close process oversight.
- 5 years of experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
- 5 years of experience in financial reporting.
- 3 years of experience in implementing internal controls.
- Experience with direct report management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry from 2020 or later.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus.
- Familiarity with 401k and benefits administration.
- Experience with ADP systems.
