- Communicate with customers regarding billing and general inquiries.
- Work with invoices and input billing information into the system.
- Support the operations group with transactional accounting tasks.
- Handle quoting responsibilities.
- Collaborate with internal employees and work with sales data.
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem-solving mentality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in sales and order management
