Medicare Contracting Coordinator
Responsible for providing assistance to 1099 Insurance Brokers in Individual Department. Reports to Sr. V.P
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for matters defined in a carrier’s contract for commission payments, questions, or disputes that arise in the normal course of business.
• Partner and collaborate with appropriate individuals in the organization to bring closure to any administrative questions or disputes.
• Provide agent/broker assistance, coaching, training.
• Responsible for the quality, efficiency and effectiveness in supporting agencies and agent brokers by identifying and resolving routine problems.
• Maintain current knowledge of Medicare Part D enrollment and disenrollment guidance
• Maintain agent profiles within company software so agents can continue marketing plans
• Answer agents’ questions regarding guidance and enrollment statuses
• Liaison between carriers, agencies, and agents.
• Educate agents and agencies regarding Medicare and carrier guidance.
Details:
• Excel and Office Skills Test using SHL.
• Pay: $55k-$65K
• Interview Availability: Weds & Thurs May 3rd & May 4th Feedback scheduled 1 Hour post interview. (4 step interview)
• Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Start Date: Mon May 15th
• In Person for training then hybrid after – training is ongoing and can last up to 90 days
• Location: 3800 N Central Ave 9th floor, Phoenix, AZ 85012
• No vax requirement!
• Drug & Back – no MMJ cards accepted

Qualifications:
• Requires at least two (2) years of experience in procurement or contracts management,
• Knowledge and experience with carrier contracting
• Knowledge and experience with health plan markets
• Must be able to perform research, reading, interpreting and writing technical specifications and documentation.
