What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Reviewer position at Aston Carter?
Aston Carter is currently seeking qualified candidates for 6 Contract Review openings with a fortune 100 Credit Union in Pensacola, FL.
Description:
It is the responsibility of the Contract Reviewer to read through the sales contract for accuracy, as well, their responsibility to ensure accurate information (names/fees/etc.) are entered and disclosed to the member by the deadlines agreed upon.
Specific tasks include:
- Ensuring all parties have agreed upon the terms in the contract (to include signatures, counter-offers, addendums, etc.)
- Ensuring the agreed upon sales price and loan terms match those in the mortgage software
- Reviewing to identify fees/seller concessions itemized in the contract are consistent with the terms in the mortgage software
Individuals working in this position should possess the following qualities:
- High level of professionalism, as frequent communication with loan officers and high-level employees will be a necessary function of the position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Quick typing skills with accuracy
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
